We have listened to our members, to enable us to fully understand what being part of this community means and how we can add real value to each and every membership. Subsequently the RDI will launch with new and improved member benefits, the highest quality training programmes and a second to none recruitment service to enable companies to access the most highly skilled within the digital sector.

The RDI will continue to work closely with the government and other associated institutions to ensure that we are able to give our members clearer insight into the changing developments within the industry. The RDI will be the home of up to date news and essential training on the latest products and services in addition to understanding the latest advancements in connectivity and technical development such as 4G and offer a lead in consumer delivery issues.

We will help all members, whether they are manufacturers, installers or suppliers to develop their business, whilst providing the digital sector with quality and compliance services. We will promote licensed engineers and member services to the consumer and business community making RDI everyone’s first and trusted choice.

We will offer all members looking to provide consumer services with a unique ‘window’ to their potential customers, giving them the ability to create their own profile, to upload case studies, customer reviews, to promote services offered. Never before has this type of customer interaction been available within the digital sector and RDI are proud to have developed this service and to be able to offer it to its members.
